What we collect
When you choose to submit a public form, we receive the fields shown in that form. These can include your name, email address, project description, requested booking time, optional note, and assessment answers when you request an emailed result. Do not submit health information or other protected data through these forms.

How we use it
To respond to inquiries, arrange calls, deliver requested assessment emails, and provide agreed services. We do not sell or rent this information.

Third-party services
Resend processes transactional email content, Vercel hosts the website and executes its form handlers, and Anthropic generates the site assistant's answers. Stripe may process billing when an active payment flow is used. Each provider operates under its own terms and account configuration.

The Automation Fit Check
Your score is computed in your browser. If you request an emailed breakdown, your answers are sent once to the website service and Resend to build and deliver that email. The application does not write the answers to a database.

The Sirrius assistant
The chat assistant on this website is an AI (Anthropic's Claude, processed in the United States) that answers only from the content of this website. Your questions are sent to Anthropic to generate each answer; Sirrius does not store conversations, and they disappear when you close the tab. If you choose to leave your email with "Talk to Fazle", that email, any name or note you add, and the conversation are emailed to Sirrius through Resend so we can reply. Please do not share personal or confidential details in the chat.

The Workflow Cost Calculator
Calculator entries and results are computed in your browser and are not submitted to Sirrius. If you choose to copy a result link, your assumptions are included in that URL so another person can reproduce the estimate. Do not enter confidential or personal information.

Analytics and cookies
Sirrius uses Google Analytics 4 on public pages to understand aggregate website traffic, referral sources, landing pages, and interactions such as page views, scrolling, outbound clicks, site search, form interactions, and video engagement where available. Google may set or read analytics cookies and process technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, and referral data under its own terms. Analytics is not loaded in the protected Sirrius admin area. Sirrius does not initialize PostHog analytics.

Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@sirrius.net. We will remove your information within 30 days.
