Two people map a business workflow on a wall of paper and sticky notes in a sunlit meeting room

Workflow Blueprint

One session. A fixed price at the end of it.

Before we build anything, we sit down with you for 90 minutes and map the workflow properly: what goes in, what comes out, what could go wrong, and who approves it. You leave with a written plan and a fixed quote for the build.

Book the Blueprint · $750

Flat, in Canadian dollars. Credited in full toward your build within 60 days.

What you leave with

Five deliverables, one working session.

  1. 01

    Workflow map

The job, step by step, as it actually runs in your business today, including the parts that live in someone's head.
  2. 02

    Source-material inventory

Exactly which documents, examples, and data the system needs from you, and what is missing.
  3. 03

    Risk review

What could go wrong, what must never happen automatically, and who the named approver is.
  4. 04

    Demo and test plan

The representative cases your build will be tested against before you ever rely on it.
  5. 05

    Fixed implementation proposal

Scope, timeline, and a real price. Not a range, not an estimate subject to change.

We charge for discovery so it is real work with a real output, not a sales call. If automation is the wrong fix, the plan says so and you keep it.

After the Blueprint

Build it, or keep the plan. Both are fine.

If you go ahead, the $750 is credited in full and the build starts from a scope we both already trust, from $1,800 fixed. If you do not, the plan is yours: the map, the risks, and the test cases work whether we build the system or someone else does.
