- Is the price fixed?
- Yes. Once the scope is agreed you get one fixed price for the build. It depends on the agreed scope, not on hours worked.
- Do I always need a Blueprint?
- No. Straightforward workflows can usually be priced after an initial review. Complex, regulated, or unclear work starts with a Blueprint so the quote is real.
- What happens to the Blueprint fee if you build it?
- The $750 is credited in full against the build.
- Do I have to pay monthly?
- No. Run is optional, from $350 a month per workflow or $900 a month for a full desk of up to three. It starts only after the pilot is accepted, and you can cancel anytime.
- Who owns the software?
- You do. The delivered system belongs to your business.
- Is there government funding for this?
- No grant pays for AI subscriptions, but a BDC loan, provincial training grants and SR&ED for genuine research do exist. Our guide lists each with its current status and official link. Read the funding guide
