About Sirrius
Founder-led from workflow map to working system.
Sirrius is a founder-led Canadian product and workflow studio. Every engagement is scoped and directed by F.A. Naqvi. Where specialist capacity is required, the people involved and their role must be agreed with the client rather than implied as a permanent team.
Why I built this
I started Sirrius around a recurring problem.
Useful operational work was getting buried beneath broad AI advice and product pitches.
The work is now deliberately narrower. We identify one recurring workflow, define its rules and review points, and build the smallest reliable system around it.
I scope and direct every engagement. Sirrius uses ‘we’ for the company and the delivery work; this page uses ‘I’ when the responsibility is specifically mine.
A fuller founder background, delivery-capacity statement, and client references will only be added when the facts and publication permissions are verified.
